Target Audience

Target audience: Nephrologists and vascular surgeons that care for ESRD patients are receiving treatment.

Objectives

Upon completion of this conference, the participant will be able to:

• Develop effective treatment strategies for improving AV fistula rates
• Recognize barriers that impede AV fistula placement
• Identify complications causing poor maturation of the AV fistula that maybe corrected with early intervention
• List interventional techniques used to correct AV fistula complications
