Learning & Action Networks
Sharing and learning with a common goal of better healthcare
IPRO is engaging providers and stakeholders in Learning and Action Networks focused on various improvement initiatives. These networks serve as information hubs for learning, collaborating and elevating the voice of the patient, with an over-arching goal of improving care delivery and patient outcomes.
Healthcare quality improvement works best when all stakeholders work together towards a common goal. To that end IPRO extends an invitation to New York State healthcare stakeholders to participate in Learning and Action Networks (LANs).
Each LAN will be structured to bring together groups of quality-minded providers, physicians and stakeholders to focus on one of the CMS Aims aligned with improving care delivery and outcomes.
