Nursing Homes
For the 9th Scope of Work (9SOW) Patient Safety Theme, also known as the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) National Patient Safety Initiative (NPSI), IPRO is assisting a select group of New York State nursing homes in reducing rates of pressure ulcers and use of physical restraints, and providing technical assistance in quality improvement to "nursing homes in need".
