Westchester May 5, 2011– 6:00-8:30 PM Access Care Physicians 15 North Broadway, Suite 3H White Plains, NY 10601 914-683-9730 Target Audience: Dialysis nurses and patient care technicians Program Goal: Promote continuing education on vascular accesses for the dialysis patient and provide an opportunity to share ideas and interact with colleagues. Agenda: Registration Cannulation techniques -1 hour Physical Assessment of the Vascular Access - 1 hour Speakers and time will vary depending on site and time of presentation. Accreditation Statements: This activity has been submitted to the American Nephrology Nurses’ Association (ANNA) for approval to award contact hours. The ANNA is accredited as an approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
