As IPRO's Vice President for Administrative Services, Ms. Jeanné-Porter oversees the corporation's human resources, facilities management, compliance and quality management programs. Ms. Jeanné-Porter joined IPRO in 2000 and formerly served as the Vice President for Planning, Quality & Compliance. Under her leadership, IPRO's Performance Management System was certified to the international ISO 9001:2000 quality standards and received the New York Empire State Advantage Silver Award in 2007.

With over 20 years of operations experience in the government and non-profit sectors, Ms. Jeanné-Porter previously served as Vice President for Employee Development and Labor Relations at the Nassau Health Care Corporation and Deputy Regional Administrator for the New York Regional Office of the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Ms. Jeanné-Porter has also held a variety of executive positions at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, including Deputy Director of Enforcement & Compliance Assistance, Chief of the Grants & Contracts Branch, and Assistant Regional Counsel.

Ms. Jeanné-Porter holds a Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree from Central Michigan University. She has been a member of the New York State Bar since 1988 and is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts as well as the United States Supreme Court. An active supporter of community-based programs, Ms. Jeanné-Porter has also received several commendations and awards for volunteerism and public service.
